By using our website, engaging our services, or signing any agreement with us, you agree to these Terms.

1. Scope of Services

Leznit Infosolutions provides AI solutions, including but not limited to: computer vision systems, generative AI models, predictive analytics, and automation tools. Specific deliverables and responsibilities will be defined in individual service agreements or project contracts.

2. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property developed before or during client engagements—including software, models, algorithms, documentation, and content—remains the sole property of Leznit Infosolutions unless otherwise agreed in writing. Clients retain rights to their own data and business IP.

3. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality regarding proprietary information shared during the course of a project. This includes data, business strategies, model outputs, or anything marked confidential.

4. Data Usage and Compliance

Clients are responsible for ensuring that any data shared with Leznit Infosolutions complies with all applicable regulations, including data privacy laws. We commit to processing client data solely for agreed-upon purposes and protecting it through industry-standard safeguards.

5. Limitation of Liability

Leznit Infosolutions will not be liable for indirect or consequential damages, including lost profits or business interruption, arising from use of our services or solutions, even if advised of such possibilities. Our liability in any case is limited to the fees paid for the specific service.

6. Warranties and Disclaimers

AI systems are probabilistic by nature and may not be 100% accurate. We do not guarantee specific outcomes from the use of our services but will work to ensure systems are designed and tested according to industry best practices.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate a service engagement with reasonable notice as defined in the service agreement. Upon termination, proprietary tools, documentation, and deliverables as agreed will be returned or revoked.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Clients and users will be notified of significant changes, and continued engagement will constitute acceptance.
